Enjoy a weekend of riding and community by attending our two-day women’s mountain bike camp.  This is a great opportunity to gain confidence on your bike by working with like-minded women on your fundamental skills and then moving on to more advanced skills as the weekend progresses.


For those that want to take advantage, we will offer mountain top yoga on Saturday before the camp.

There will also be a cocktail hour and chair massages available on Saturday night in the Bier Garten


Requirements: *

 Full face helmet required.  Gloves, Elbow and knee pads highly recommended..

  • Flat pedals and stiff-soled shoes are strongly suggested

* Full suspension bike/all mountain bike with minimum of 5” of travel required.  Rental bikes available.

  • Rider should be comfortable in a standing position on the bike (out of the saddle)

Kathi Krause started her cycling career on the velodrome in 1985 and worked her way through criteriums, road, cyclocross and cross country racing before finding her way to the Pro Downhill circuit in 1998. During her 10 years as a pro, she accumulated many laurels including victory in the prestigious Kamikaze downhill, 3 Masters World Downhill Championships, and 5 Masters National Downhill Championships. Kathi holds a coaching license from  USA Cycling and is also an IMBA and PMBIA Certified Instructor. Her main objective is to help bring more women and kids into mountain biking and to promote mountain biking as a lifetime sport. When not coaching, you can find Kathi shredding the trails at Mountain Creek Bike Park.
